VOSS Still is recognized as one of the world’s purest bottled waters with less than 45 parts per million of Total Dissolved Solids in our Still Water. This is a significantly lower TDS count than most other major water brands, giving VOSS its crisp, pure and clean taste.

VOSS is proud to manufacture PET (plastic) VOSS bottles that are BPA-free.

The main reason we make VOSS available in plastic (PET) bottles is that we want people everywhere to enjoy the pure taste of VOSS for as many occasions as possible. Glass is often prohibited in areas like swimming pools and outdoor bars. We manufacture plastic (PET) bottles so that we can ensure our fans around the world can enjoy VOSS anytime, anywhere. Our bottles are 100% recyclable.

Yes. All of our bottles, including our iconic glass and plastic (PET, rPET) are recyclable. Each bottle carries the international ‘recycle’ symbol on the packaging. We encourage you to follow your local jurisdiction guidelines on recycling our bottles. We are committed to look for ways to reduce our use of plastic, including VOSS+ Aquamin in 100% recycled plastic.

If someone contacts you regarding payment for using your vehicle as advertising for VOSS, this is a scam and is in no way affiliated with, or connected to, VOSS. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is aware of this ongoing “car wrap” scam and has details at www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/2016/08/how-spot-car-wrap-scam. If you receive any such car wrap communication, you may report it to the FBI at www.ic3.gov. VOSS cannot reimburse you for any losses that you may suffer or have suffered from this scam, and does not have any information about the perpetrators of this or any similar scam.

We love our loyal consumers and your commitment to sustainability; however, we are unable to provide replacement caps.

Exposure to extreme heat and cold will directly affect the quality of our water. VOSS required storage conditions are:

• VOSS must be stored in a temperature-controlled, indoor storage facility
• VOSS must be stored in a dry and well-ventilated area
• Cases must be stored upright
• Bottles must not be stored under UV (ultraviolet) light

 

Pallet stacking:

• Recommended: double stack (2)
• Must not exceed triple stack (3)

 

Storage Temperature:

• Recommended storage temperatures are between 39° F (4° C) and 68° F (20° C)
• Must never be higher than 86° F (30°C) or below 28° F (-2° C)
• VOSS Sparkling is sensitive to variations in heat that can lead to escape of C02 and result in flat or low carbonation water
